SUBSTANCE: proposed device for vitrification of mammal oocyte and embryos comprises a container with a cover, thermos with vessels for biomaterials, vacuum pump pipe-connected with the container. The device comprises a removable cup arranged inside thermos to be filled with coolant. Note that the said cup accommodates support with vessels for biomaterial, while the thermos is placed inside the container.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced coolant consumption and ease of servicing.
