SUBSTANCE: device comprises a pulse generator and a mechanical vibration transmitter made as a cylindrical pipe with an inserted part. The inserted part is made as two diamagnetic pipes - inner and outer ones - which are coaxially set in one another and equipped with a diamagnetic cup in between; the transmitter coil winding is mounted at the outer pipe.
EFFECT: increasing antiscaling water treatment efficiency.
