FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves transformation of iron (II) into a complex compound with aluminium in a weak acid medium. To the iron (II) solution with a pH 4.3-5.0 is added 150-200 times of aluminium, 0.8-1.2 ml of a surface active substance, obtained by the addition to 3.5 ml of 2% of gelatine water, 2 ml of polyvinyl alcohol and adding water till it is 50 ml, and water till 10 ml of the volume followed by heating in a water-bath at a temperature of 80-90°C for 10-15 minutes.
EFFECT: increase in the sensitivity and selectivity of analysis.
