FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to devices for nut shell cracking and separation. The device contains a frame, a feed bin with an adjustable spacer, a vertical shaft mounted into a bearing assembly, the upper stationary disc, a vibrotray with a sieve and a diverter tray, a cam with a roller follower and a string, the lower moving disc driven by an electric motor via a pulley wheel and a belt gear. Installed above the lower moving disc are radial shafts made of a rubber-coated material and capable of rotation round the vertically installed shaft. Additionally, the shafts are mounted so that to enable modification of the rate of rotation round their axes and of the clearance between the shafts rubber-coated surface and that of the lower moving disc. The radial rubber-coated shafts are mounted so that to enable modification of the diameter through installation of a shaft with the required diameter. The lower moving tray is designed as having holes in the manner of a sieve.

EFFECT: invention usage enables to ensure high performance of nut shell destruction as well as to perform kernel mechanical cleaning of shell to obtain good quality kernels.
