FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns surgical stomatology and can be applicable for intraosteal dental implantation at deficiency of an osteal tissue. A cut on a crest of an alveolar process and amotio of the mucoperiosteal flap are made in the field of an absent teeth. The two-stage implants are entered. An intake from a donor zone of an osteal autograft is made. A cut of an osteal autograft is made on thin plates, the rest crush in an osteal shaving. An osteal shaving is distributed on all surfaces in a zone of an atrophy of an alveolar process. The sawn plates are imposed on a surface of an osteal shaving in the field of defect. The mucoperiosteal flap is returned back and the wound is taken in tightly.
EFFECT: method allows restoring volume of the osteal tissue, allowing maintaining the loads bound to the subsequent prosthetics.
