FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has horizontal plate having vertical protrusion. Method involves using maxillary tuberosity bone mass restricted by bone suture, making implant support on two opposite ends one of which is in the maxillary tuberosity area restricted by bone suture and in bone structures of alveolar process in front of maxillary sinus. The device also has one or more heads with neck and intrabone part being a perforated plate. The plate has vertical protrusion matching anatomical form of maxillary sinus fundus on one side and elongated part matching the alveolar process in shape and length to maxillary tuberosity restricted by bone suture is available on the opposite side. EFFECT: increased area of contact to bone tissue; reduced loads applied to bone structures. 2 cl, 3 dwg
