FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be applied for plasty of perforation of maxillary sinus mucous tunic in case of sinus-lifting and implantation. Essence of method lies in performing cut on alveolar crest, detachment of mucous-periosteal flap, lifting of mucous tunic in area of maxillary sinus bottom in case of its perforation, sewing of perforation of mucous tunic, placing mucous-periosteal flap, sewing of wound with further intraosteal implantation and prosthetics. Intake of bone autotransplant is performed, with its further fixation in area of maxillary sinus bottom, ensuring reliable closing of perforation and required height of bone tissue.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to ensure plasty efficiency in sinus-lifting and implantation in case if perforation of maxillary sinus mucous tunic is of large - more than 5 mm size and several teeth are absent.
