FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dental implantation. Horizontal cut of mucosa from vestibular side is made a little lower than transition fold and two vertical cuts through crest of alveolar process. Mucous-periosteal flap is separated and turned back until bone tissue is exposed. Preliminarily prepared surgical template, which determines direction of drilling, is fixed on planned place. By means of drills, cutters, taps created are bone beds, whose depth by 2 mm does not reach bottom of maxillary sinus or vascular-nervous fascicle of mandible. Implants are introduced into bone beds, without submerging entire intraosteal part of implant into bone tissue. Decortication of alveolar process surface and bone plate perforation are carried out. Successively laid on this area are autoplasm, enriched with platelets in form of gel, superficially demineralised bone alloimplant in form of plate or bone unit, in which holes are created by means of surgical template, and membrane for directed bone regeneration from preserved dura mater or amnion or tendon or demineralised bone tissue, saturated with antimicrobial preparations inhibiting growth of aerobic and anaerobic microflora.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of inflammatory complications, create possibility for implantation in case of significant jaw atrophy.
