FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. Cryoconservation of the ovrian tissue, its defrosting and autografting are performed. Thus autografting of 1.5 cm with suture on four days is performed by placing of the ovarian tissue into the hypodermic fat of a forearm or in an abdominal wall with preliminary formation of a zone of vascularisation out of a field of an irradiation by performance of a surgical cut of a skin in length. Then transplant from 5 to 10 fragments of the ovarian tissue, focused by a cortical layer to a skin surface in the developed granulation tissue and the generated zone of vascularisation. After carrying out autografting, spend transdermal hormonal therapy to patients.
EFFECT: method allows restoring ovulatory cycles and a hormonal background at oncologic patients.
