SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical biotechnology. The invention is a method for the isolation and maturation of immature oocyte-cumulus complexes from ovarian tissue after oophorectomy, characterized in that the ovaries are transported in a sterile container filled with HEPES-buffer, oocyte-cumulus complexes are isolated from the ovarian medulla by crushing it with scalpels, identifying in Petri dishes, washed in HEPES buffer, placed in a ripening medium enriched with 0.75 IU/ml of highly purified menotropin and 10% human serum albumin for 48 hours.

EFFECT: method allows you to preserve the reproductive material of patients who are indicated for oophorectomy.
