SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology and reproductive medicine. During laparoscopy, a section of the cortical layer of both ovaries is excised as much as possible along the surface of the organ. In this case, the volume of the excised area does not exceed 1 cm3; in the operating room, using a sterile gamete buffer, the excised area of ​​the ovarian cortical layer is fragmented to a size of 1 mm × 1 mm. At the same time, a space is formed between the residual cortex and the medulla of the ipsilateral ovary with the formation of a niche in the medulla, into which two-sided one-stage reimplantation of fragmented tissue is performed. Next, the dissected ovary is sutured using areactive suture material, the sutures are tightened until the edges of the wound are aligned.

EFFECT: allows to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the treatment, allows to increase the potential for the induction of follicular growth, reduce the traumatic effect on ovarian tissue, prevent ovarian tissue ischemia, preserve the ovarian architectonics as much as possible, increase the likelihood of follicular growth activation in the postoperative period.
