FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes hot rolling, etching, annealing and longitudinal melting of hot-rolled coiled strip. Increasing of dimensional accuracy and improvement of steel formability with auto-parts manufacturing is provided ensured by steel of 2.5 mm thickness rolling with content of 0.05...0.08 wt % carbon, 0.07...0.11% silicon, 0.35...0.50% manganese, no more than 0.08% of each - chrome, nickel, copper, 0.02...0.07% aluminium, the rest elements - according to the GOST 1050, etching is implemented excluding oiling and with side-lay edge trimming. Interoperational storage life of metal before the annealing not exceed 24 hours and longitudinal melting for two strips is implemented with oiling by preserving lubricant at its specific consumption 1.8...2.0 g per 1 m2 of metal surface.
EFFECT: increasing of consumer properties of flat hot-rolled steel.
