FIELD: plastic metal working; hot rolling of coiled strip steel. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes hot rolling, cooling and coiling of strips; rolling the strip at content of C=0.002 to 0.008 and Al=0.015 to 0.08 wt.-% to final thickness of 1.2 to 3.0 mm is started at temperature interval of Tsr(max)= 1165+1300Al and Tsr(min)=1126+110, C and is finished at temperature interval of Tfr(max)=816+1150Al+300C and Tfr(min) =794+950Al=470C, C; rate of cooling within temperature range of from temperature of 740 C to coiling temperature is no less than 1,93(100C)0,4, C/s; strip coiling temperature is maintained within temperature interval of Tс(max)=653-900Al-260C and Tс(min)=626-900Al-380C, C where C and Al is carbon and aluminium content, wt-%. EFFECT: improved quality of hot- rolled sheet steel due to forming homogeneous granular structure enhancing ductility (σT, δ). 1 tbl
