SUBSTANCE: vessel can contain cosmetic or pharmaceutical preparations in the form of fluid, gel or cream. Pump features cylindrical housing with open bottom and top closed by piston formed by sleeve. The said sleeve, on one side, is fitted around the bottom part of pipe-jet with axial gap between two upper and lower stops opposite, at least, one ejector hole made in the aforesaid pipe. The sleeve can slide over the said vessel inner wall. The pump pipe-jet upper end communicates with outlet duct made in the push-button.

EFFECT: smooth and uniform feed of substance allowing control over proportioning.
