FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to fluid dosing devices and can be used for oral administration of drug preparations, e.g. in children. A dispensing device has a releasing outlet duct configured to distribute a fluid from a supply container. The dosing device is provided with a detached outlet attachment. The outlet attachment limits an outlet pipe having a nozzle opening. The outlet pipe can be attached to a dosage unit in the releasing outlet duct by means of a connecting assembly. The outlet attachment additionally comprises an actuating assembly. When the outlet attachment is connected to the dosing unit in the releasing duct, the actuating assembly engages with a lock mechanism of an outlet lock valve of the dosing unit to keep the lock valve open. Ensuring the fluid connection of the releasing outlet duct of the dosing unit with the outlet pipe and the nozzle opening of the outlet attachment provides dispending the fluid from the dosing unit through the outlet attachment. The dosing unit can be used to distribute a drug preparation for oral administration.
