SUBSTANCE: enamel coating slip contains frit, chromic potassium alum, polyacrylamide, water, sodium tripoliphosphate, potassium chloride, barium carbonate, carboxymethyl cellulose in ratio, wt %: frit 50.0-51.6; chromic potassium alum 0.2-0.3; polyacrylamide 0.05-0.1; sodium tripoliphosphate 0.2-0.3; potassium chloride 0.2-0.3; barium carbonate 0.2-0.3; carboxymethyl cellulose 0.05-0.1; water - the rest. Frit contains, wt %: SiO2 - 45.0; Al2O3 - 5.0; B2O3 - 15.0; Na2O - 5.0; ZnO - 5.0; TiO2 - 5.0; PbO - 5.0; CoO - 5.0; MgO - 10.0.
EFFECT: higher adhesion strength of enamel coating to metal.
