FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of fire-retardant mixtures for lignocellulose composites. The mixture contains 60-90 wt % solid and/or fibrous lignocellulose materials and 40-10 wt % fire-retardant composition concentrate, immobilised from outside and/or from inside in solid and/or fibrous lignocellulose materials as carriers. The concentrate consists of fire-retardant composition consisting of boric acids and/or their salts, melamine-formaldehyde resins, and optionally synergetic agents and other additives. Fire-retardant compositions are chemically combined with melamine-formaldehyde resins, and fire-retardant composition concentrates are immobilised from outside and/or from inside in solid and/or fibrous lignocellulose carrier substances as carriers. The mixture is made by liquid impregnation, by melt impregnation and liquid/mixed solid impregnation. Fire-retardant lignocellulose composites are produced by melting mixtures containing 40-95 wt % fire-retardant composition and 60-5 wt % thermosetting fluoropolymers after thermosetting polymers hardened.
EFFECT: lignocellulose composites are characterised with high stability to insect affection, mycotic infections and shape damage and high stability to fire-retardant mixture wash-out, and are preferentially to be applied outdoors, indoors, available for public sector.
