FIELD: technological processes; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of gases cleaning from hydrogen sulfide and may be used in performance of survey, preparation and operational works on deposits of hydrocarbon raw materials. According to the first version gases cleaning from hydrogen sulfide is carried out by means of stepwise counterflow contacting of gas with mixture of water and hydroxide or calcium oxide in vortex chambers with rotary gas-liquid layer. Absorbent circulates inside every stage. At that chemical interaction takes place between hydrogen sulfide and calcium hydroxide or oxide with production and transfer to absorbent of calcium bisulfide and separation of attendant carbon dioxide that remained in gas. Absorbent saturated with calcium bisulfide is neutralised by means of its mixing with solution of bivalent metal salt - iron sulfate (II) in the presence of extracted acid neutraliser selected from oxide, hydroxide or carbonate of calcium, at molar ratio of calcium bisulfide : iron sulfate (II) : neutraliser that is equal to 1:2:1. Initial compounds are transferred into solid waste on the basis of iron sulfide (II) and gypsum and are stocked and isolated from environment, and desalted water is used as a return one. According to the second version gases cleaning from hydrogen sulfide is carried out by means of stepwise counterflow contacting of gas with mixture of water and hydroxide or oxide of alkaline or alkali-earth metal in vortex chambers with rotary gas-liquid layer. Absorbent circulates inside every stage. At that chemical interaction takes place between hydrogen sulfide and hydroxide or oxide of alkaline or alkali-earth metal with production and transfer into absorbent of bisulfide of alkaline or alkali-earth metal and separation of attendant carbon dioxide that remained in gas. Neutralisation of absorbent saturated by bisulfide is done by means of its introduction into chloride-bicarbonate solution of underground water-bearing complex of carbonate-containing deposits, which contains as micro-admixtures ions of bivalent non-ferrous metals and iron (II). Absorbent saturated with bisulfide is mixed with solution of underground water-bearing complex, binding bisulfide-ions into insoluble sulfides of micro-admixture bivalent non-ferrous metals and iron (II) and neutralising released acid by carbonate-containing deposits, produced metal sulfides are accumulated in carbonate-containing deposits, and water-soluble salts of alkaline or alkali-earth metals - in solution of underground water-bearing complex.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to neutralise liquid bisulfide solutions turning them into ecologically safe wastes.
