FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: control and regulation method of wind-driven power plant with housing regulated as to horizontal angle, with at least one rotor blade that rotates relative to its longitudinal axis, and with supply unit in the mode at wind velocity exceeding preliminary specified velocity value; at that method involves the following steps: control device based on measured values (v) of wind velocity and wind direction selects angular position whereto the housing shall be set, and setting angle or angles (i.e. rotation or tilt) for not less than one rotor blade if measured wind velocity exceeds preliminary specified velocity value (v1*, v2*), not less than one azimuth drive operating from supply unit, resets housing to angular position (α) preset with control device, and not less than one tilt drive operating from supply unit, sets at least one rotor blade to angular position (ϕ) preset with control device; at that at least one rotor blade rotates in the set position with rotation frequency within preliminary specified rotation frequency range.
EFFECT: use of method ensures decrease of load applied to the plant at high wind velocities, as well as further plant power supply at possible power failure.
