FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: bearing contains bearing body with journal, upper leaf located in circular space between interior surface of body and journal. The upper leaf corresponds to a compliance band enveloping the journal and adjoining the journal with its interior surface. Two or more damping sections are arranged in the circular space between the interior surface of the body and journal; the said sections are arranged in a circumferential direction and adjoin the interior surface of the bearing body; also the sections consist of spring elements which are adjacent the interior surface of the bearing body with their exterior sides; the said sections further consist of flat compliant leafs assembled in the circular space between the exterior surface of the upper leaf and interior surfaces of the spring elements. The spring elements are placed between the interior surface of the bearing body and leafs of the sections. At least one section has two or more leafs.
EFFECT: there is achieved increased damping property of bearing at low frequencies of rotor circulation.
