FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: combustion chamber consists of flame tube (1) with air supply holes (2), which is located in outer casing (3); annular channel (4) between outer casing (3) and flame tube (1); hollow cone-type swirler (5) with holes (6) whereto there attached are branch pipes (7). The latter (7) are located tangentially in relation to inner surface of swirler (5) at an angle to its longitudinal axis so that their other open ends are directed towards axial air movement in annular channel (4). In addition combustion chamber has a flaring chamber (8). Hollow cone-type swirler (5) is made in the form of blunted cone. It is connected with its major base to flame tube (1) inlet, and with its minor one - to outlet of flaring chamber (8).
EFFECT: invention increases liquid fuel combustion degree, including fuel oil, owing to intense heating of its heavy fractions for the purpose of their reliable ignition, which considerably reduces carbon deposition.
