FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to analytical chemistry and can be used both for process inspection in beverage industry, and for production quality control, identity testing and counterfeit detection. Method of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage analysis for organic acids with capillary electrophoresis method involves preparation of the sample diluted with distilled water; it is followed with electrophoretic separation in quartz capillary filled with drive electrolyte with high voltage supplied so that to ensure negative potential on capillary end wherein the sample is introduced relative to the opposite capillary end. Organic acids are detected in indirect version. Each component is tested for concentration and identified concerning calibration graph with complete separation of all the tested components in drive electrolyte composed of: benzoic acid 5-20 mmol/l, diethanolamine (DEA) 8-10 mmol/l, 0.25-1.0.

EFFECT: widening the list of tested components and test subjects, developing simple and express method of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverage analysis for organic acids with capillary electrophoresis method.
