ELECTROSTATIC COMPARATOR OF POWER Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC G01R17/08

Abstract RU 2350970 C1

FIELD: physics, measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of electrical measuring equipment and is intended for use in reference measurements of power in wide range of measured voltages and frequencies. In order to achieve technical result comparator comprises movable system in the form of horizontal beam arranged as balance. Movable electrodes of two binant electrostatic power transducers are fixed on beam edges. Elements of beam fixation provide for beam rotation and resistance to transverse oscillations. Two photoelectric transducers are connected so that output signal from two photoelectric transducers is summed up and amplified. Equality of power at alternating and direct current is determined with the help of zero indicator.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of power measurement in wide range of voltages and frequencies.
