FIELD: physics; computer engineering.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to electronic data exchange systems. In the electronic data exchange method, users can be suppliers or information recipients. A user or group of users of at least, one data transfer network generates, as a supplier, a corresponding information request and this generated information can be concurrently requested and/or edited by users of at least, one data transfer network, assuming the role of recipients, in accordance with the needs of the corresponding user. At least the corresponding information request, generated by the supplier, can be requested and/or edited by any user of the data exchange system, and this information can be delivered in form of services at the disposal of the corresponding recipient and/or group of recipients in due time and with content, adapted to information needs of the corresponding recipient. The service of the supplier, in response to the recipient request, involves reception of such information, which is explicitly not requested by the recipient, but which increases the quality of service, delivered by the supplier at the disposal of the information recipient.
