SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of conducting financial transactions in a mobile communication environment using a mobile device. The method employs a mobile financial transaction system (MFTS) which stores user and transaction information. The MFTS receives information on bills to pay and information corresponding to payment sources of a user. Said information is transmitted to the user via a wireless network which generates a mobile payment instruction which includes a payment and a payment source. The instruction is transmitted to the MFTS, where an instruction is generated for the payment instruction recipient to make a payment to an identified payment recipient. The mobile device is configured to implement the method.

EFFECT: safer financial operations in a mobile environment using a card with a set limit of funds.
