There is simplification of the process of determining the thickness of the walls of the work piece, increase in the precision of the selection of the press -instrument. Minimum voltage is used when making the fuel assembly.

EFFECT: simplification of the process of determining the thickness of the walls of the work piece, increase in the precision of the selection of the press - instrument, minimisation of voltage used in making the fuel assembly.
