FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is assigned to be used in poultry-processing industry, in poultry processing lines. Shackle for poultry fixation when it is moving on aerial conveyor contains vertical core with gudgeon, two rows of little horns, connected by axle, thrust, set with possibility of movement along the core and lock pin with radial slot firmly fixed on its bottom end. Axle is set parallel to the axial axis of conveyor for carcasses discarding aside from it, it is situated in gudgeon with possibility of turn and equipped with detent for its placing in slot of lock pin. Two rows of little horns are placed with centre of gravity biased concerning the axis.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of operative conditions, increase of cooling effectiveness and increase of productivity.
