FIELD: poultry-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical column carrying frame with pronged members for bird's carcasses, frame retainer formed as rod with stop, guides for rod, retainer wheel rigidly fixed on frame shaft and provided with slot, feelers engageable with rod stop for leading rod out of retainer slot and releasing bird's carcasses, and feeler engageable with pronged members for returning frame to the initial position. Vertical column has two plates provided with rigidity ribs, converging with their upper parts and rigidly interconnected. Rigidity ribs have rod receiving openings. Rod stop guides are made in the form of slots made cut in upper part of plates and providing retaining of rod without rotating about its axis of rotation.
