SUBSTANCE: facility includes horizontal composite mold in the top, bottom and side walls, installed on driving supplementary shaft. During the casting process top and bottom walls of mold are moved by driving supplementary shafts with phase displacement relative to travel of mold side walls. On effective areas of bottom and top walls of mold there are implemented inclined to blank outlet direction grooves, obstructing blank slipping reverse to the side of mold central section.

EFFECT: it is provided facility increase in productivity.
