FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to abrasion field and can be used while finishing treatment by super finish grinding of screw blanks and other details like shafts made of steel and alloys. Facility body allows box section inside of which in grooves there are located frames. In grooves of frames with ability of radial motion there are locates plates with rigid axis, on which there are installed springs for providing of frame pressure on plates. The latter allows pins, on which there are mobile by means of grooves there are located holders with adamantine-abrasive bricks with ability of reciprocal cross motion, perpendicular to plate radial motion. On the body in blacket there is mounted shaft with jaws and handle for frames output with bricks from area clearance.
EFFECT: it is increased productivity of process ensured by increasing of contact markings, there are improved roughness parameters of treated surface, cheapen production.
