SUBSTANCE: container includes tank (3) and replaceable pad (31) installed in tank. In the first invention version, pad includes outlet pipe (33), centering washer for outlet pipe centering in tank outlet hole (15). Hole in centering washer for outlet pipe installation is eccentric. In the second invention version, tank includes bottom with coverable hole intended for pad insertion through it and carrying part of discharge valve on hole closing device. In the third invention version, pad includes excessive pressure protection means leading to external tank wall.
EFFECT: use of container facilitates transportation and reduced power cost of container cleaning process significantly.
