FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of construction materials, in particular to technology for preparation of concrete mixes used in manufacture of concrete and reinforced concrete items and structures, arrangement of road and aerodrome coats and screeds, dampproof and gunned concrete works. Method for preparation of concrete mix includes previous activation of TPP hydraulically removed ashes with part of hardening water with further mixing of produced ash suspension with cement, fillers and remaining part of hardening water, at that TPP hydraulically removed ashes is activated water-solid ratio from 0.3 to 0.5, at first with the rate of particles collision of 20.0-30 m/sec and for 1.0-2.0 sec, and then for 2.0-3.0 sec at the rate of particles collision of 35.0-45.0 m/sec, and mixing of produced ash suspension with cement, fillers and remaining part of hardening water is realised at the following ratio of components, wt parts: cement 270-340; TPP hydraulically removed ashes 60-130; fillers: sand - 510; coarse filler 1260; water - 200. In mentioned method it is possible to use TPP hydraulically removed ashes of the following composition, wt %: SiO₂ 51.10; AI₂O₃ 23.14; Fe₂O₃ 8.94; FeO 2.28; TiO₂ 1.13; MgO 0.84; CaO 1.38; K₂O 3.12; Na₂O 1.54; admixtures - the rest. Functional additives may be introduced into ash suspension in process of activation and/or on its completion.

EFFECT: technical result - production of concretes with increased strength.
