FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to cast alloys on the basis of intermetallide Ni3Al and products made of it, received by method of precision moulding into dispensable pattern. Alloy contains aluminium, chromium, tungsten, molybdenum, titanium, carbon, zirconium, lanthanum, hafnium, tantalum, nickel and attached foreign material, at following component ratio, wt %: aluminium 8.0 - 9.1, chromium 5.5 - 6.5, tungsten 2.5 - 3.5, molybdenum 4.5 - 5.5, titanium 0.3 - 0.8, carbon 0.001 - 0.01, zirconium 0.05 - 0.5, lanthanum 0.1 - 0.3, hafnium 0.1 - 0.5, tantalum 0.1 - 1.0, nickel and attached foreign material - the rest. In the capacity of attached foreign material it contains, in wt %: iron, niobium, manganese no more than 0.3 for each, sulphur and phosphorus no more than 0.005 for each, tin and antimony no more than 0.003 for each, lead no more than 0.001, bismuth no more than 0.0005. It is increased fracture strength at 20-1100°C on the basis of 104 and 107 cycles and heat-resistance at 1200°C.
EFFECT: increasing of fracture strength and heat-resistance of alloy.
