FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drilling equipment, particularly to mobile drilling rigs and can be implemented for drilling of survey boreholes for solid minerals. The essence of the drilling rig is as follows: the rig includes a base, a drilling structure, a drilling machine with electric drive located across of lengthwise axis of drilling structure, a drilling mast, a facility for drilling mast securing equipped with a frame rigidly connected to at least five support connecting poles with parallel foundation frame of the drilling machine securing; the frame of the drilling mast is united with rigid structure of the drilling structure at the level of the roof and fixed along an upper lengthwise beam and along two cross walls of the drilling structure; removable supports-pivots are arranged on the frame of the drilling mast; these supports-pivots are secured with a bolt connection at a distance from the lengthwise axis of the drilling machine facilitating a preset angle of tilt of the drilling mast; at incline of the drilling mast at the supports-pivots blind supports of its girder are equipped with spacers for fixing via them to the frame of the drilling mast, a screw side stop of the mast, further the rig includes a winch, a drilling pump, an elevator, a pipe setback, a drilling assembly, diesel-electric station, and a transport base. The suggested invention facilitates increased efficiency of drilling inclined and flat-inclined boreholes.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of drilling inclined and flat-inclined boreholes.
