FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to method for drilling with casing pipes, drilling rig and reducing piece. The reducing piece which is applied at drilling with elongating drilling equipment contains an internal part rotating from a rotating facility of a drilling machine in rock bases. An external part is assembled around the internal part, the former travels in the axial direction relative to the internal part. Alteration of the axial position of the external part determines the direction of rotating force from the rotating facility to an internal drilling rod or to an external pipe used at drilling with casing pipes during screwing.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of drilling rig operation due to simplification of the design by means of using one drive for rotating internal and external drilling rods or pipes.
