FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed balancing device comprises balancing elements fastening, on the electromechanical converter (EMC) shaft, a bell crank, a rotary table with foundation arranged on the table with radial shift relative to its axis of rotation and with the rotary table radius aligned with the plane of symmetry of the control unit. It includes also two movable stops arranged on the foundation, on the bell crank side opposite the axis of rotation of rotary table and at equal distance from the plane of symmetry of the control unit. In incorporates also two voltmeters that makes, together with the power supply, one of the movable stops and bell crank, a separate electric circuit. The EMC shaft is arranged perpendicular to the rotary table. Each electric circuit additionally comprises a rigid rocker arm made from conducting material and connected to the movable stops. The said rocker arm is fastened on the bell crank by fasteners of a preset weight fitted in the bell crank arm holes. The rocker arm is arranged symmetrically relative to the plane of symmetry of the control unit. The distance from the movable stop to the plane of symmetry of the control unit is determined by the ratio L1≥1/2(L+d), where L1 is the distance from the movable stop to the plane of symmetry of the control unit, L is the distance between the bell crank arms, d is the movable stop diameter.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of balancing, reduced power consumption in balancing.
