SUBSTANCE: device comprises inlet two-gap resonator and outlet resonator including two side electrodes with holes, cathode unit, on the surface of which row of cathodes is installed, and cathodes are placed opposite to drift holes of nearest electrode of inlet resonator, rectangular holes are arranged in side electrodes of both resonators inverted to each other, for passage of multi-beam electronic flux with the same quantity N, rectangular holes of finer structure are arranged in medium electrode of inlet resonator, and their quantity exceeds N integer number of times, and all electrodes of inlet resonator are closed electrically to each other.

EFFECT: elimination of radiation from inlet resonator, removal of ceramic insulators and uncouplers in alternating field from the area of intense microwave fields.
