FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric drives that require DC motors of a certain power output, minor sizes and weight as compared to the existing motors. The proposed DC motor comprising a stator and armature, in compliance with this invention, incorporates a stator representing a circular cylindrical magnetic core with its inner surface furnished with grooves receiving a simple helical winding. Note here that the stator features double grooves arranged symmetrically relative to the line of geometrical neutral and double teeth arranged symmetrically to the stator vertical axis.
EFFECT: increased engine net excitation magnetic flux provided for by varying direction of transverse field fluxes closing in stator magnetic core.
