FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in systems of self-acting measuring, guidance and emergency protection having the data units developing two-polar signals, in particular, induction data units of a rotation frequency and the rate of flux enter. Volt-second of the area of two half-waves of each signal of the induction data unit of a rotation frequency are measured and compared in the device, and at first the S1K area of the first half-wave is measured and threshold value Sth1=Q·S1K is developed where Q<1 then S2 area of the second half-wave is measured and in the course of measuring S2 additional parametre Sx=(1+Q)·S2/2 is developed, its peak quantity SXK is compared to the threshold values Sth1, S1K and at performance of requirement Sth1<SXK<Sth2 a demanded impulse is developed. The device contains two integrators (3, 16), peak detector (4), inverting operational amplifier (15), five threshold devices (1, 7, 10, 12, 13), three keys (2, 8, 17), two devices AND (11, 14), two univibrators (18, 19) and three resistors (5, 6, 9).
EFFECT: increase of reliability, noise stability and accuracy of recurring by shaped impulses of duration of continuances of following of signals of induction data units of rotation frequency.
