FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in systems of self-acting measuring, guidance and emergency protection into which composition the data units developing pulsing signals, in particular, induction data units of a rotation frequency and the rate of flux enter. In device measuring volt-second of the area of half-wave of each signal of the data unit of rotation frequency and its comparison with part of the area of a similar half-wave of previous signal is carried out. The shaper contains the integrator (3), the peak detector (4), three threshold devices (1, 7, 10), two keys (2, 8), device AND (11), univibrator (12) and three resistors (5, 6, 9).
EFFECT: increase of reliability and noise stability of the shaper of impulses from signals of induction data units of rotation frequency.
