FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring engineering and may be used in automatic measurement, control and emergency protection systems comprising transducers generating two-pole signals, such as variable reactance transducers of rotation and flow rate frequency. Volt-second squares of two half-wave length in each signal are compared and measured in the device. At first, the square S1k of the first half-wave is measured and threshold value is generated as Sthresh1=Q·S1K, where Q<1. After that, S2 square of the second half-wave is measured and if S2>Sthresh1 is fulfilled, the required pulse is generated. The pulse shaper contains two integrators (3, 20), amplitude detector (4) inverting operational amplifier (19), five threshold elements (1, 7, 10, 14, 15), two univibrators (12, 17), three switches (2, 8, 18), two AND elements (11, 16), OR element (13) and three resistors (5, 6, 9).

EFFECT: technical result provides for increasing reliability, interference stability and accurate repetition of signal tracking period length from variable reactance rotation frequency transducers by generated pulses.
