FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: every sector of cell is related to sector-specific set of system resources (for instance, subranges) and with at least one nonbridging common set of system resources. Every common set for every sector includes system resources that don't experience or hardly experience interferences form the side of at least one more sector in cell. Channel condition is established in terminal in this sector x on the basis of measurements for direct and/or return communication line for terminal. System resources are allocated for the terminal from common set or from sector-specific set for sector x on the basis of channel condition for terminal. For instance, if terminal experiences severe interferences from the side of another sector y, then system resources are allocated to terminal from common set, which doesn't experience or hardly experiences interferences from the side of sector y. These methods may be used for OFDMA system, which uses spasmodic variation of frequency.
EFFECT: weakening of hazardous effect of intra-cell interferences for terminals located at the borders of single cell sectors.
