SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of a feed additive. The method involves preliminary growth of the Bac. Mucilaginosus strain All Russian collection of industrial microorganisms №B-5987 on a culture fluid, Streptococcus faecium TE-17 strain (collection of CJSC Bioflora №B-07) on a culture fluid, inoculation of the beet pulp with the Bac. Mucilaginosus strain All Russian collection of industrial microorganisms №B-5987, and then with the Streptococcus faecium TE-17 strain. Nutritional supplements are added to the beet pulp before inoculation, lactic acid is added to the mass obtained after fermentation. The feed additive consists of fermented beet pulp, residues of culture media, containing, in percentages of the initial mass of pulp, living cells of the bacterial culture Bacillus mucilaginosus (All Russian collection of industrial microorganisms №B-5987) and Streptococcus faecium TE-17 (collection of CJSC Bioflora №B-07) - 10%, nutritional supplements in form of carbamide 0.1-1.5%, molasses 1-4%, microelements Zn, Mg, Mn, Fe, B, Se, Mo in form of complexonates at 5-50 mg per kg of pulp, lactic acid to a weak acid value.
EFFECT: obtaining high-quality feed additive.
