FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and is intended for damage diagnostics of pelvis sacrotuberal ligaments. MR-image is made. T1 - weighed image in is obtained axial and frontal planes. It is planned 7 sections in slantwise-sagital plane in the thickness of 4 mm through the interval of 0 mm on the axial tomogram which are passing through sciatic arista and lateral edge of sacrum. They are corrected under images in the frontal plane in such method that they pass through acantha of the fifth lumbar vertebra and sciatic hillock from investigated ligaments. The tomogram of sacrotuberal ligament on all extent is obtained and its integrity is determined.
EFFECT: method allows defining type of pelvis damage and indication to operative treatment on dorsal departments of pelvic ring.
