FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to cardiology. Total risk of occurrence of heart vascular diseases is estimated. The regression model of proportional risk is built taking into account the following risk factors: age of an individual, systolic arterial pressure, frequency of heart contraction, levels of general cholesterol and cholesterol of lipoproteins of high density, index of relative mass of body, status of angina of exertion and pain typical for myocardial infarction, electrocardiogram estimation in the rest, coded on the Minnesota code, statuses of smoking and the use of the alcohol, defined in a serial scale. Absolute risk of development of cardiovascular diseases under the original mathematical formula is calculated.

EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy of estimation of risk of development of cardiovascular diseases for Russian population and to dilate indications to application of the method of forecasting of risk in comparison with early known scales.
