FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns surgery and can be applicable for sealing of kidney wounds. A catgut thread is entered on distance not more than 1 cm from wound edge on its middle. The thread is pulled in the in the recess of a kidney parenchyma under the bottom of the wound perpendicularly its axis and deduced on a surface from the opposite side forming a loop. The thread is pulled corner-wise on a kidney surface in the opposite direction to edge of a wound forming a loop with the subsequent puncture. The thread is pulled in a parenchyma depth on the opposite side in a perpendicular direction to a wound axis, pricked out on a surface with loop formation. The thread is pulled in a depth of a parenchyma in parallel a wound on distance not more than 1 cm from it and deduced on a surface of the kidney at wound edge. The loop is formed and the thread is pulled perpendicularly to an axis of the wound under the bottom on the opposite side. The loop is formed and directed diagonally on the wound opposite side. The loop is formed with the subsequent puncture on distance not more than 0.5 cm from the loop formed after the first perpendicular pulling of the thread. The thread is pulled perpendicularly under the bottom of the wound on the opposite side. The free extremities of a thread are bound.

EFFECT: method allows to pull together wound edges completely, to prevent formation of cavities.
