FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: ligature is pulled along the full wound length. Herewith organ parenchyma is pricked in departing 1.0 cm from wound edge with two needles distanced 1.0-1.5 cm from wound middle with prick out from the opposite side at the angle 45 degrees to wound length with needles directed entoectad. Then both needles are returned over the wound to reverse side. Organ is pricked in once again on reverse side at the distance 1.0 cm from wound edge at the angle 45 degrees to wound incision length with needles directed inwards and pulled out strictly opposite to the first prick in. Before knot is tightened, biological adhesive is introduced to the wound.
EFFECT: reliable haemostasis, reduced time of operation, prevented stitch cutting, improved healing of postoperative wound.
