FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: two-row staged continuous suture is applied. The first stage involves applying a seromuscular suture; a needle is pricked in and delivered as deep as possible with the suture extended to its opposite side, and the needle is pricked out. The needle is pricked in and out at 1.0-1.5 cm from the wound edge and pricked in again from the same side of the wound at 0.5-0.7 cm from the wound at a depth of no more than 0.5-1.0 cm; the suture is extended on the opposite side, and the needle is pricked out at 0.5-1.0 cm from the wound edge; and the suture is tightened. The second stage is performed on the same side along the wound edge at 1.0-2.0 cm from the previous prick in. The needle is pricked in as deep as possible, delivered onto the opposite side and pricked out at 1.0-1.5 cm from the wound edge. The needle is pricked in again on the same side of the wound at 0.5-0.7 cm from the wound edge at a depth of no more than 0.5-1.0 cm, and the suture is brought onto the opposite side; the needle is pricked out at 0.5-1.0 cm from the wound edge, and the wound edges are tightened as much as possible. The second stage is repeated more than once until the wound is closed completely; the last stage is completed by cutting the suture at 0.5-0.7 cm from the wound edge leaving the suture free. The V-loc suture is used.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the blood loss, increasing the postoperative scar leak tightness, providing less postoperative complications, shortening the closure time and postoperative period.
