FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely, surgery and is intended for performance of conservative ablations of the lower limbs with an economical resection of foot at diabetes-associated gangrenes against deficiency of local cover tissues. At the first stage, right after ablations the complex of medical actions in the interoperational period, including hydro-pressing influence on a wound with high-pressure fine by a stream of an antiseptic not less an once in day is spent. At occurrence of signs of granulation of tissues the second stage of the operation including to plastic wound defect by the split dermal flap is performed.

EFFECT: carrying out of level of ablation in the area of demarcation of necrotic tissues, at the expense of infiltration of the inflammatory-changed tissues by an antiseptic solution on the ablation plane that allows to achieve the reparation of vulnerary defect in the presence of osteal structures presenting in a wound and capsules of large joints, exception of carrying out of a primary plasty of the wound round osteal structures, an exception of risk of repeated ablation.
