FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology, combustiology and plastic surgery. A wound is surgically treated. A perforated patient's skin flap with a perforation factor of 1:6–1:10 is applied on wound surface; the patient's own skin thickness is 0.3–0.6 mm. At that, whole grafts of biological equivalent of skin with cell layer are laid over it.

EFFECT: method enables covering extensive wound surfaces, including long-term non-healing wounds, trophic ulcers, bedsores, in early terms with formation of complete full-thickness skin, reduces the risk of scarring, reduces the risk of infection, reduces the loss of plasma proteins, enables recovering the patient's functional active areas.
